摘要
在HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中,铬(Ⅵ)对H_2O_2氧化藏红T的褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,据此提出一种新的催化动力学法(光度法和荧光法)测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)。该方法的线性范围为0~160μg/L,检测限为2.6×10^(-6)g/L。方法简便易行,灵敏度高,重现性好,选择性强,可用于环境水样中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric and fluorophotometric method has been proposed for determination of trace Cr(Ⅵ). Chromium(Ⅵ) can catalyze decolorization oxidation of saframin T by H2O2 in a buffer solution of HAc-NaAc at pH 4.2. The linear range of this method was 0-160μg/L, and the detection limit was 2.6× 10-6g/L. The method has high sensitivity and reproducibility, and has been applied to determination of Cr(Ⅵ) in water with satisfactory result.
