摘要
综合协调是办公室工作的一项重要职能。在高等教育深化改革与创新发展的形势下,需要发挥高校办公室这一重要职能,更好地服务于师生,促进高等教育发展。文章从发展大局、团队建设、辩证思维等方面探讨了如何做好高校办公室的综合协调工作。
Comprehensive coordination is one of the major functions of office work. Under the new situation, it is necessary to exert the important function of the college and university offices, better serve the teachers and students and facilitate the healthy development of the higher education. This paper discusses how to do this work well from the perspectives of overall situation of development, construction of the team and dialectic thinking.
