不同来源蜈蚣草吸收富集砷的特征及植物修复效率的探讨 被引量:14

Characteristics of Arsenic Enrichment by Plants ofPteris Vittata Different in Source and Their Phytoremediation Efficiency

摘要 蜈蚣草是一种As的超富集植物,在As污染土壤的植物修复上具有极大的潜力。对中国南方广泛分布的蜈蚣草及其生长的土壤的As含量、形态及土壤理化性质的调查分析表明,蜈蚣草生长的土壤As含量范围为33.7~1396 mg/kg,相应地,蜈蚣草地上部As含量范围为48.5~1104 mg/kg。除阳离子交换量(CEC)外,不同采样地区蜈蚣草生长土壤的理化性质指标,包括pH、总有机质(TOM)和质地均存在显著性差异,反映野外蜈蚣草可生长在不同性质的土壤上。基于回归分析的预测模型显示,蜈蚣草对As污染土壤的植物修复效率随土壤As含量的增加而逐渐降低,蜈蚣草较适用于轻度As污染土壤的修复,对于高As污染土壤,需结合其他修复措施。 Arsenic hyperaccumulator Pteris vittata has been proven to be of high potential in phytoremediation of arsenic-contaminated soil. Pteris vittata is widely distributed in South China. A field survey was conducted to explore arsenic content and form and physico-chemical properties of the soils the plants grow in. Pteris vittata plants were collected from 6 sampling sites in Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong and Yunnan provinces in South China. The soils from three sampling sites, namely, Baise (BS), Guangzhou (GZ) and Zhenfeng (ZF) were quite low in arsenic content, being 33.7, 51.3 and 73.8 mg/kg, respectively; whereas the soils in the other 3 sampling sites, namely Zimudang (ZMD), Lanmuchang (LMC) and Gejiu (GJ) were quite high, up to 1396, 533 and 735 mg/kg, respectively. Arsenic contents in the shoots of the plants ranged from 48.5 to 124 mg/kgand from 735 to 1104 mg/kg in the sites low and high in soil As content, respectively. Physico-chemical properties (pH, TOM and soil texture) of the soils, except for CEC, varied from site to site, suggesting broad adaptation of Pteris vittata to growth soil conditions. A prediction model for arsenic phytoremediation rate was suggested based on the linear regression formula of arsenic content in the shoots of Pteris vittata with soil arsenic content, TOM and CEC. The results showed that Pteris vittata was suitable for sites with moderate arsenic contamination.
