摘要
以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺、叔胺、多乙烯多胺等合成了聚季铵盐,并与聚铝复配,得到了适于采油污水处理的高效反相破乳剂TS-761L;研究了反应时间、复配比例对产品性能的影响;确定了合成聚季铵盐的最佳保温时间为4.5h,聚季铵盐与无机絮凝剂的最佳复配比例为1∶1。应用研究表明:TS-761L投加质量浓度为50mg/L时,除油率达到97%,悬浮物去除率达94%,是一种高效反相破乳剂。
A series polyquaternary ammonium (PQA) have been synthesized with epichlorohydrin, dimethylamine,trialkylamine and muhiethylenemultiamine. A novel reverse demulsifier, TS-761L,which is suitable for treating oilmaking wastewater, is prepared by PQA and PAC. The effect of its reaction time and the ratio of the two components on the properties of the product have been studied. The optimal reaction time is 4.5 h and the technology ratio is 1:1. The experimental results for treating the wastewater show that when the dosage is 50 mg/L, the deoil rate and suspended solid removal rates could reach 97% and 94% respectively. It is a kind of highly efficient reverse demulsifier.
