摘要
医疗保险是一项十分复杂,覆盖面很广的社会系统工程。上海市作为特大型城市,医疗制度改革采取分步实施逐步到位的改革思路不失为一项正确选择。 职工医疗保险制度的建立,对医院既是挑战也是机遇。上海医科大学附属医院以医疗保险制度建立为契机,更新观念,主动适应,采取一系列措施,加强医院管理,提高质量效益,推动了医院改革的深化。
For actively adapting to medical insurance service system of staff and workers, which is a complex social engineering. Affiliated Hospitals of shanghai Medical University used elaborate and well-developed sets of reform measures, and achieved satisfactory effects in maintaining and further improving the quality as well as efficiency of hospital services and management.
