摘要
信赖保护原则是行政法中的一项重要原则,研究还相对落后。关于该原则的法理依据,众说纷纭,莫衷一是。文章从社会契约、利益价值、权利本位三个角度来揭示其法理依据。
Although the principle of administration trust protection is an important concept in the administrative law, the research on it is relatively backward. It is very controversial about the legal basis for this principle. In this article the author has probed into its legal basis from three aspects： the social contract, the benefit value and the right standard.
