摘要
研究了通过还原法生产高钛铁(Ti>65%)的不同工艺,主要探讨了采用铝热法,以钛精矿为原料生产高钛铁的冶炼工艺,并简述了实验室条件下用铝热法冶炼高钛铁的情况,讨论了影响钛回收率的主要因素.实验结果表明,采用铝热法生产高钛铁在技术上是可行的,但杂质含量较难控制.
Various processes of making high titanium ferroaUoy( Ti 〉 65% ) by reducing ilmenite were investigated in the article, with the thermite method being focused on. The thermite method was performed in a laboratory condition, in which the main factors affecting titanium recovery rate were investigated. It was found possible to make high titanium ferroalloy with thermite method, though the impurity level was rather difficult to be controlled in the process.
