摘要
改革开放以来,地方政府在区域经济发展中的作用举足轻重。随着区域经济差异的不断扩大,地方政府为追求本区域经济的发展而形成的竞争愈演愈烈,一些负面效应也开始显现。
Since reform and opening up, local government with constant enlargement of regional economic difference, plays some important role in regional economic growth. Along negative effects start to appear, which results from more sharp competition brought by local government pursuing economic benefit.
