摘要
为便于催化剂从反应体系中分离,利用回流蒸发吸附法制备了坡缕石负载的十二磷钨杂多酸,用红外光谱和X射线粉末衍射表征并进行热重分析。将坡缕石负载的十二磷钨杂多酸作为催化剂用于柠檬酸三丁酯的合成,采用正交实验测定了影响酯化反应的工艺条件,在n(柠檬酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶4、反应时间3.0 h、催化剂用量为1.0 g和反应温度145℃时,酯化率可达86.4%,催化剂稳定性较好,可重复使用。
Phosphotungstic acid supported on palygorskite was prepared by adsorption and reflux evaporation method, and characterized by IR, XRD and TG. Tributyl citrate was synthesized using palygorskitesupported phosphotungstic acid as the catalyst. The reaction condition was investigated by orthogonal experiment, with optimal reaction condition obtained as follows : n ( citric acid) : n (n-butanol) = 1 : 4, reaction time 3.0 h, dosage of the catalyst = 1.0 g, reaction temperature 145 ℃. Esterification yield of 86.4% was obtained under the optimal condition. The catalyst can be used for several times.
