摘要
借助计算流体动力学方法,采用二维非稳态流动数学模型,对脉冲袋式除尘器滤袋内喷吹气流的压力分布进行了数值模拟.通过与喷吹压力实验值对比,验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性,表明可将数值模拟作为脉冲喷吹的研究方法.在用不同时刻的滤袋壁面压力分布图来表示的模拟结果中显示,随着气流向袋底方向运动,滤袋壁面压力的最大值不断下移,距袋口0.5 m处,峰值压力和压力上升速率都达到最大值.
The method of CFD and two-dimensional, unsteady flow mathematic model were adopted to compute the inside flow of the filter bag when it was cleaning, offering the distribution of the pressure of cleaning flow. Compared with the data of experiment, the result of numerical simulation was credible, as a result, flow simulation proves to be a method of pulse-jet cleaning.. Different time pressure charts of filter bag was used to show the result of simulation of cleaning flow. The result of simulation showed that as the downward movement of flow, the maximal of filter bag's pressure would continuously put back, and at the 0. 5 meter to the top of filter bag, the peak pressure and increscent velocity of pressure reached the maximal.
