摘要
本文根据当前教育改革的要求及地理学科的教育特点,以美国ESRI(环境系统研究所)的Arc View GIS 3.3软件为平台,结合具体教学案例,探讨了GIS在地理信息技术教学中的辅助功能,尝试构建了一种GIS与地理专业教学的整合实施模式。实践结果表明:GIS用于高校地理专业教学对提高学生空间想象能力、发现问题及解决问题能力,有其独特的优越性。
According to the current reform of education and the features of Geography, based on ArcView GIS 3.3 of ESRI, this paper discussed the assistant functions of GIS in teaching of Geographical Information Technology. Combined with specific cases, this paper made a integration trim of GIS and the practice teaching of Geography. The result shows that this model of integration has particular advantages which can improve students' spatial imagination, and enhance the ability to discover problems and to solve the problems.
