摘要
文章阐述了六自由度柔性关节式坐标测量机的机械结构和测量原理,推导出了其测量方程;重点进行了整体方案设计,使得坐标测量机的测量空间尽可能大,减少测量死角,同时对杆长进行优化设计;最后,比较了国际上生产坐标测量机的3家公司产品的特点。
The mechanical structure and working principle of a kind of articulated arm flexible coordinate measuring machine with 6 DOF is introduced and its measurement equation is derived. The whole scheme design is discussed in detail in order to maximize the measurement space as large as possible and reduce the number of unreached areas. Optimization design of pole's length is conducted. The characteristics of three different companies' products of the CMM are compared.
