摘要
文章在分析传统数控加工代码标准的主要缺点的基础上,引入了STEP标准与新一代数控标准STEP-NC的概念,并将采用STEP-NC的加工流程与采用传统数控方法的加工流程这两者进行了比较。介绍了STEP-NC简化的抽象数据模型及其EXPRESS-G表示法,阐述了STEP-NC数控程序的结构和内容,简要介绍了STEP-NC所涉及的标准的范围和内容,指出了STEP-NC研究仍然面临的问题。
Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of traditional G&M codes, the concept of STEP and STEP-NC,which are the new standards of numeric control,are described. The machining process based on traditional G&M codes is compared with that based on the STEP-NC. Simplified abstract STEP-NC data model and its EXPRESS-G representation are discussed,and the structure and content of the STEP-NC program and the scope and content of related standards are introduced. Some problems about STEP-NC are pointed out.
