摘要
技术进步与制度变迁具有紧密的互动关系。技术进步是在特定的制度环境中的活动,要受制度安排的影响;而技术进步对制度变迁具有普遍性影响。在我国经济发展中,尤其是高新技术产业发展中,既不能忽视技术进步,更应该强调制度创新与制度变迁的作用。
Technology progress and institutional changes has compact interaction relationship between each other. Technology progress acts in certain institutional environment,on which is effected by the system arrangement. However,technology progress universally influences on the institutional changes. During China's economic development process,especially,the development of hi-tech industry,the role of institutional innovation and changes should be strengthened.
