摘要
[目的]为渔业生产和环境水质评价提供科学资料。[方法]通过急性中毒试验,研究铜中毒后鲤鱼的临床症状与剖解变化、病理组织学变化和超微结构变化。[结果]铜对鲤鱼的24、48和96 h半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为1.67、1.25、0.77 mg/L,安全浓度为0.077mg/L。中毒鱼体表和鳃的粘液增多,鳃上附着少量淡蓝色的絮状物,临死前出现神经症状。中毒鱼肝脏主要表现为肝细胞空泡变性和多发性溶解性坏死。鳃小片上皮细胞严重增生,鳃丝肿胀呈棍棒状。增生的上皮细胞变性、坏死、脱落,严重者仅剩下裸露的毛细血管。[结论]铜会损害鲤鱼的多种组织。
[ Objective] The research aimed to provide the scientific data for the fishery production and the evaluation of environmental water quality. [Method] In the acute poisoning experiment, the clinical symptoms, anatomy changes, histopathological changes and ultrastructural changes of Cyprinus carpio L. poisoned by copper. [Result] The median lethal concentration (LC50) of copper to C. carpio after 24, 48 and 96 h were 1.67, 1.25 and 0.77 nag/L, and the safe concentration was 0.077 mg/L. The mucus on the body surface and gill of the poisoned fish was increased and there was a little of light blue fleccules on the gill. The neural symptoms appeared before the death, The main performances of liver in the poisoned fish were cavitation degeneration in hepatocytes and multiple solubility necrosis, The epithelial cells of gill lamellae was seriously proliferative, gill filament was swollen and clubshaped. The proliferated epithelial cells were degenerated, necrotic and exfoliated and there were only bare capillaries in the serious ones.
