丙种球蛋白静脉滴注治疗小儿重症肺炎临床分析被引量：12

摘要目的:观察丙种球蛋白静脉滴注治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法:120例小儿重症肺炎随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,对照组应用头孢吡肟、更昔洛韦静滴,吸氧,纠正心力衰竭,纠正酸碱平衡、电解质紊乱等;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用丙种球蛋白的400 mg/kg静脉滴注,1次/d,连用3d。结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),无不良反应。结论:丙种球蛋白静脉滴注治疗小儿重症肺炎有效。
