摘要
采用常规生化方法测定了辣椒碱对小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶和Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明,经不同浓度辣椒碱处理12h后,小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活力均显著低于空白对照,在100.56~141.53μmol.L-1.mg-1Pro.min-1之间;而Na+-K+-ATP酶活力均显著高于空白对照,在12.43~20.36μmol.mg-1Pro.min-1之间。说明辣椒碱能抑制小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的活性,而对Na+-K+-ATP酶活性则表现为促进作用。
The effects of capsaicin on glutathione S-transferase and Na^+-K^+-ATPase of Plutella xylostella(L.) were tested with conventional methods in laboratory.The results showed that compared with the negative control,the activity of glutathione S-transferase decreased significantly after treatment for 12 hours by capsaicin at different concentrations,which ranged from 100.56 to 141.53 μmol·L^-1·mg^-1Pro·min^-1.However,the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase increased significantly after the same treatment,which ranged from 12.43 to 20.36 μmol·mg^-1Pro·min^-1.It suggested that capsaicin can inhibit the activity of glutathione S-transferase and activate the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase.
