神经细胞黏附分子在大鼠不同发育时期视皮质中的表达

摘要 目的:观察神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)在大鼠不同发育时期视皮质中的表达及其在视觉发育中的作用。方法:42只Wistar大鼠,按出生后天数分成3、14、21、30、45、60、90d共7组,取视皮质,应用免疫组织化学方法和计算机图像分析技术,测定大鼠视皮质NCAM蛋白的表达。结果:NCAM在各组大鼠视皮质均有表达。大鼠越年幼,表达水平越高,随着日龄增加,表达水平相对下降,到发育晚期或成熟期其表达明显下降。结论:大鼠视皮质NCAM表达随发育呈下降的趋势,属于发育相关性蛋白。 Objective: To investigate the expression and role of NCAM in visual cortexes of the rats during different developmental stages. Methods: Forty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups including 3 d, 14 d, 21 d, 30 d, 45 d, 60 d and 90 d groups. All the visual cortexes were taken from them, and the expression of NCAM was determined by immunohistochemistry. The immunohistochemistry stainings were analyzed by automatic image analysis technology. Results: The expression of NCAM in the visual cortexes were present in all ages. The expression was obviously dropped with the age increase. Conclusion: NCAM is a developmental related protein in visual cortex.
