摘要
应用Pro/E三维造型软件和Ansa有限元前处理软件建立某柴油机气缸盖组合实体模型和有限元模型,基于Ansys的有限元结果利用FE-Fatigue软件对该柴油机气缸盖进行疲劳可靠性预测。疲劳试验验证缸盖是安全的,预测结果与试验结果吻合较好。
The 3-D solid model and the finite element model for assembly parts of duty diesel engine were created by pro/e and Ansa software, Base on the finite element result, The fatigue reliability for cylinder head of the duty diesel engine by the FE-Fatigue software, And the predicted result was verified by the fatigue experiment, Which was accorded in the predicted result.
