摘要
通过对上海市青草沙水源地遗传毒性及相关水质参数的监测(主要以Am es试验),为保护良好的水源地环境,保证市民饮用水安全提供有效的依据。结果表明:1.青草沙水源地遗传毒性[MR(TA98)]基本处于安全范围内,只在2月份SYD02站出现一定的致突变性;2.该水域除石油类其它水质指标均符合地表水Ⅱ类水质标准,基本满足水源地功能区需要;3.共鉴定出浮游植物66种,分属硅藻甲藻、绿藻、蓝藻四门,其中中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)为该水域全年优势种,其季节水平分布频率均达100%;4.相关性分析表明遗传毒性与多数水质参数无直接关系,与石油类指标,TOC以及细菌总数存在一定的相关性。
In order to protect the environment of water source in the protection area and offer the effective gist to safeguard the quality of drinking water, the investigation of the ecogenotoxicity and correlative parameters in surface water from the Qingcaosha water source in the protection area was carried out.. According to the results: 1 The mutagenic response was not detected without S9 at most stations, but SYD02 in Feb. 2. Except oil, most water physic-chemical parameters such as CODMn, NH4-N and PO4-P were accord with the water quality level of the standard of Ⅱ ( GB3838 -2002. )3.66 species of phytoplankton were identified, which belong to 4 phyla. 4. Genotoxicity was found, but no clear relation to most water physic-chemical parameters except the oil, TOC and total number of bacteria.
