摘要
林业现代化发展进程评价是一个多因素、多指标且具有动态性的系统评价问题,评价结果是否可靠与所选评价指标体系、评价方法有着直接的关系。本文在对林业评价指标体系和方法深入研究的基础上,提出了鄂尔多斯地区林业现代化发展进程的评价指标体系、评价方法、评价过程,旨在为鄂尔多斯市的林业现代化建设服务。评价结果表明,鄂尔多斯市林业发展总体水平处于起步阶段的中后期,已接近初步实现阶段。
Evaluation on forestry modernization process is a multi -factor, multi-index and dynamic system. The reliability of evaluation results relates to evaluation index system and evaluation method directly. In this paper, on the basis of studying forestry evaluation index system and methods, evaluation index system, evaluation methods and evaluation process of forestry modernization process in Erdos are put forward, which is in order to service the forestry modernization in Erdos.
