多级注入闭合酸化工艺在克拉玛依油田的应用

摘要 多级注入闭合酸化工艺通过降低酸液的滤失、减缓酸岩反应速度和利用酸液的指进效应提高酸液有效作用距离,通过闭合酸化提高酸蚀裂缝导流能力,很适合酸溶成分较多的储层的增产。北403井和北404井目的层渗透率低,酸蚀矿物含量较高,适合多级注入闭合酸化工艺。施工时采用二级交替注入酸压工艺,以水基胍胶压裂液为前置液,采用胶凝盐酸作为主体酸,闭合酸采用普通盐酸。施工后,北404井初期产量接近100t/d,稳定产量15t/d,北403井稳定产量8t/d,两口井累计产油4730t,取得了良好的经济效益。 Multiple injection for closing acidizing technology can increase the effective action distance of acid fluid by decreasing the acid loss, retarding reaction between the acid fluid and the rock, and fingering effect of acid fluid. It is suitable for stimulation of the formation which consists of much acid-etched mineral by improving the acid-etched fracture conductivity. The target formation of Bei 404 well and Bei 403 well have the feature of low-permeability. The content of acid-etched mineral is very high. This kind formation is suitable for closing acidizing technology. An alternate injection acid-fracturing technology was used. The water- base crosslinked borate fracturing fluid was selected as the pad, gelled acid as main acid and HCL as closing acid fluid. The initial production ratio after stimulation of Bei 404 well reached to 100t/d and the ratio of steady production was 15t/d. The ratio of steady production of Bei 403 was 8t/d. The two-treated wells have produced oil 4730t.
