氯沙坦对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导巨噬细胞MMP-9表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨氯沙坦对血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)诱导巨噬细胞MMP-9表达的影响。方法:体外培养巨噬细胞,测定AngⅡ诱导巨噬细胞MMP-9表达及氯沙坦的干预作用。结果:AngⅡ组MMP-9表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且1×10-7mol/LAngⅡ亚组MMP-9表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01);AngⅡ+氯沙坦组MMP-9表达明显低于AngⅡ组(P<0.05)。结论:氯沙坦可阻断AngⅡ与AT1受体结合,下调巨噬细胞MMP-9的表达。 Objective:To study the impact of losartan on matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) expression in macrophage of angiotensin Ⅱ -induced. Methods:To observe MMP-9 expression of angiotensin Ⅱ-induced in macrophage to culture in vitro and the role of losartan. Results:MMP-9 expression in angiotensin Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05), and MMP-9 expression in 1×10^-7 mol/L angiotensin Ⅱ subset was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.01); angiotensin Ⅱ + losartan group was significantly lower than that in angiotensin Ⅱ group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Losartan maybe obstruct the combination of Ang Ⅱ and AT1 receptor to down-regulate the MMP-9 expression in macrophage.
