摘要
该文通过研究上海地下公共工程的管理现状和发展趋势,以及防汛管理方面存在的问题,提出加强上海地下公共工程防汛防台管理体系建设的设想。
The article studies the present management and the development trend of the underground public works in Shanghai as well as the problems existing in the flood prevention management,and puts forward the tentative idea to strengthen the building of the flood and typhoon prevention management system in Shanghai.
