摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了新疆异株百里香挥发油,测得含量为w=1.22%。并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对异株百里香的挥发性成分进行了分离鉴定。分离出81种成分,共确认了其中70种成分。采用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量,其中主要成分为百里香酚(32.87%)、r-松油烯(22.41%)、香芹酮(8.02%)、p-聚伞花素(7.72%)。
The volatile oil was extracted from Thymus marschallianus Willd. by using water distillation. The content of the volatile oil was 1.22% . The chemical components of the volatile oil were examined by gas chromatography-mass spectromentry (GC/MS),81constituents were separated and 70compounds were identified. The relative content of the components were determined with peak area normalization method, the major constituents of the volatile oil are Thymol (32. 87%), gamma-Terpinene (22. 41%), Carvol (8. 02%), p - Cymene (7.72%).
