学习倦怠及其影响因素 被引量:20

摘要 学生在学习过程中会出现学习精力耗竭、热情减退等现象,称之为学习倦怠。对于其结构有不同的看法,但一般认为包括情感耗竭、去人性化和成就感降低。影响学习倦怠的因素有性别、年级等人口统计学变量,也有人格特征、自尊等个体特征因素和社会支持等外部因素。学习倦怠的结构,我国不同阶段学生尤其是中学生学习倦怠的特点、人格特征、社会支持与学习倦怠的关系等方面还需进一步的研究。此外,跨文化研究和纵向研究也是学习倦怠研究的可能方向。
