摘要
目的:建立一种灵敏、准确的荧光分光光度法用于测定福多司坦片的含量。方法:以邻苯二甲醛为衍生剂,对福多司坦进行衍生化,在λex=342 nm、λem=454nm处测定荧光强度。结果:福多司坦的线性范围为0.5~6μg·ml^(-1),r= 0.999 9。平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.5%(n=9)。结论:方法简便易行,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于福多司坦片的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a sensitive and accurate method for the determination of Fudosteine tablets by fluorospectrophotometry. Method: The o-phthalaldehyde was used as the derivatization agent of Fudosteine , and boric acid was selected as the solvent. The excitation wavelength was at 342 nm and emmision wavetlength was at 454 nm. Result: The linear range of Fudosteine was 0.5 -6 μg· ml^-1, r = 0. 999 9, The average recovery was 100.3% and RSD 0. 5% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of Fudosteine tablets.
