关注弱势群体是图书馆延伸服务的一项重要内容,分析了弱势群体的内涵与构成及其文化需求,阐述了公共图书馆对弱势群体延伸服务的现实意义及有效措施。
Attention to the social vulnerable groups is an important content of expanded library service. This paper has analyzed the connotation, constitution and cultural demand of vulnerable groups, elaborated the practical significance and effective measures of public library expanded service to the vulnerable groups.
