摘要
近年来,珠江三角洲的产业转移和产业升级出现了加快的势头,尤其是在人民币升值的背景下,珠江三角洲的产业转移和产业升级出现了新的情况和新的特点。本文以深圳和东莞为案例,分析在"成本冲击"的影响下,珠江三角洲产业转移和产业升级的趋势,建议政府政策应密切关注这种"成本冲击"可能给珠江三角洲产业升级带来的负面影响。
In recent years, industrial transitions and industrial upgrading in PRD region progress in a fast speed while new situation and new characteristics appearing as the result of RMB appreciation. This paper takes Shenzhen and Dongguan, two cities in PRD region, as the examples to analyze the trend of industrial transition and industrial upgrading under the circumstance of ＂cost impact＂, and meanwhile it proposes to the governments that potential negative effect which will be brought by ＂cost impact＂ to the industrial upgrading in PRD region should be much concerned and relevant policies should be made to solve the problems.
