摘要
建立了全谱直读电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)测定5种不同颜色水性油墨中As、Ba、Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb、Sb、Se 8种可溶性重金属元素的分析方法,研究了元素分析谱线选择、背景校正扣除、样品基体及待测元素间干扰等因素。结果表明,基体元素对测定没有明显干扰;在选定的波长下测定,元素间也没有干扰。该方法快速,准确可靠,各元素检出限0.0018—0.026μg/mL,加标回收率为92.6%—101.8%,相对标准偏差RSD均小于2.0%,适于水性油墨中8种可溶性重金属的日常检验。
The amounts of soluble heavy metal of As,Ba,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Se and Sb in five eolour Water-based ink were determined simultaneously by ICP-OES. The matrix elements effect was studied and the preferable experimental conditions were investigated. The detection limit of elements is 0.0018--0.026μg/mL with the recovery of 92.6%--101.8% and RSD within 2. 0%. The method is precise,accurate,simple with lower interferences,and can be used for daily analysis of Water-based ink.
