摘要
研究加入表面活性剂乙基紫(EV)后,在丙醇-水双水相体系中影响Cd2+分离的酸度、无机盐、卤离子种类等条件。试验表明:(NH4)2SO4存在下,无表面活性剂EV,Cd2+的萃取率只有68%,而同样条件下,加入m g级表面活性剂EV后,Cd2+与EV、I-形成三元缔合物,被均相萃取、异相分离,缔合物进入丙醇相,Cd2+被完全萃取分离。在pH=1.0时试验了Cd2+加入量为50μg/10mL和100μg/10mL时与Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Cr3+的二元或多元离子混合液的分离试验,分离完全。
A n-propyl alcohol-water extraction system consisted of iodide and ethyl violet in the presence of (NH,)2SO, was studied, the experimental conditions of phase separation of n-propyl alcohol and water were optimized. The charged complex compound CdI4^2- forms a kind of ionassociation complex with ethyl violet,and easily extracted into the n-propyl alcohol phase. Cd^2+ can be completely separated from Fe^3+, Co^2+, Ni^2+, Mn^2+, Zn^2+ and Cr^3+ by adding 2.0g (NH4)2SO4, 0. lg KI,0. 40mL of 5.0mol/L ethyl violet at pH=l. 0 or pH=4.0.
