摘要
陶瓷型铸造已成为一种生产大型厚壁精密铸件的重要方法,具有重要的应用和经济价值。主要从母模的加工制造,硅酸乙酯水解工艺及造型技术综述了陶瓷型铸造的研究现状和21世纪的发展方向。此外,结合快干硅溶胶的开发与应用介绍了可替代硅酸乙酯水解液粘结剂的陶瓷型铸造研究情况。
Ceramic mold casting has become an important method to produce large-scale thick-walled precision castings. It has great application and economic value. In this paper, the research status of ceramic mold casting and its development direction in the 21st century were summarized mainly from such aspects as the manufacture and processing of the master-mould, hydrolysis of TEOS and molding technology. In addition, the investigation on ceramic mold casting with alternative TEOS hydrolysate binder is presented combing with the development and application of fast-drying silica sol.
