摘要
脑的发育极其复杂,多种高危因素可造成脑发育异常。文章简述了人脑的发育过程及不同阶段脑发育的异常类型。关于神经发育的评价,在影像学检查中已注意到脑容积大小、脑沟、脑回形态等改变。脑电生理活动可反映脑的成熟度,脑电图和诱发电位是常用的检测手段。近红外光谱技术可通过脑组织氧反应性估价脑的成熟状况。
Cerebral development is a very complex process. Many risk factors can result in abnormal brain develop- ment. This article discussed the process of human cerebral development and patterns of abnormal brain development in different stages of gestation. Neural imaging studies have been widely used in evaluation of neural development to assess the changes in brain volume and morphology of sulei and gyrus. Degree of maturation can be estimated with cerebral electric activities. Electroencephalogram and evoked responses are mostly used for these purposes. Near infrared spectroscopy was also used in evaluation of cerebral maturation through the study of oxygen responsive changes in brain tissue.
