钩突影像解剖学测量与慢性鼻窦炎的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between imaging anatomy of the uncinate process and chronic sinusitis

摘要 目的研究鼻窦CT冠状位片钩突影像解剖学测量及其与慢性鼻窦炎的关系。方法分析73例(146侧)经鼻窦CT检查者的资料,用图像处理软件PhotoshopCS2选择冠状位片观测钩突上端的附着部位、钩突高度、钩突角度,并对测量结果与鼻窦炎积分进行相关性分析,将不同附着类型钩突的高度和角度分别进行两两比较。结果钩突上端附着部位有4种类型,分叉型(41.1%)、中鼻甲型(26.03%)、纸样板型(17.8%)和颅底型(14.38%)。4种类型鼻窦炎患病率有显著差异。鼻窦炎组钩突高度及角度与鼻窦炎积分间显著相关。结论钩突的解剖因素与慢性鼻窦炎关系密切。 OBJECTIVE To research the relationship between the imaging anatomy of the uncinate process in coronal CT and chronic sinusitis. METHODS The clinical data of 73 cases (146 sides) who had undergone CT detection were analyzed. The attachment of the superior part of the uncinate process were observed and measured on coronal CT by the image-treatment software photoshopCS2. The relationship between the image anatomy and the sinusitis was also studied. The height and angle of four kinds of different uncinate process were compared each other, RESULTS The superior part of the uncinate process were observed. The superior part of the uncinate process may attach to four different structures such as the fraction (41.1%), the middle turbinate (26.03 %), the papyraceous lamina (17.8 %), and the skull base (14.38 %). The incidence of sinusitis in the four types of uncinate process was significant different. The height and angle of uncinate process were correlated to the score of sinusitis patients. CONCLUSION The abnormal anatomy of the uncinate process may play an important role in the development of chronic sinusitis.
