摘要
目的分析在开展基本职业卫生服务过程中开展健康教育与健康促进工作对职业病防制的效果,提出下一步的工作策略。方法加大投入、依靠基层三级网络体系开展针对职业病防制的多种形式的健康教育工作。结果职业病防制知识得到普及,职业病危害事故和职业病发病率大幅度下降,达到了基本职业卫生服务,形成良好的社会氛围。结论采取综合措施,形成健康促进的宏观战略,促进了职业病防制工作。
[ Objective] To analyze the effect of health education and health promotion in basic occupational health service （BOHS）, and propose the next strategy. [ Methods ] Several kinds of health education for preventing occupational disease were performed by expanding the investment and depending on the basic third-level network system. [ Results ] Knowledge of occupation health was widely known, accident and incidence of occupational disease decrease greatly. Basic occupational health service was reached. Health social ambience was formed. [ Conclusion] By putting the synthesis measures in practice, macroscopic strategy of health promotion was founded, and then occupation disease prevention was advanced.
