不同中草药提取液对金秋梨贮藏期的保鲜效果 被引量:7

The effect of different Chinese herbal medicine on the gold-autumn pear storage

摘要 试验选用具有杀菌作用的5种中草药处理金秋梨果实,在室温(16~25℃)条件下贮藏35d,分析贮藏期间金秋梨的好果率、失重率、呼吸强度、可溶性固形物、Vc和可滴定酸6个指标的变化情况,结果表明,A处理与CK相比其好果率、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量分别提高26.7%、39.7%、21.4%、19.9%,呼吸强度下降25.0%,保鲜效果最好;E处理与CK相比其好果率、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量分别提高15.6%、6.4%、11.2%、5.2%,呼吸强度下降12.0%,保鲜效果最差;B、C、D处理保鲜效果介于A、E处理之间,各处理失重率差异〈2.0%。 This test selects five kinds of Chinese herbal medicine which has bactericidal action to process the gold autumn pear. To store 35 days at room temperature( 16 -25℃ ) ,analyze six changes of the rate of good fruits and weight lossing, respiratory strength, soluble solids, Vc and titratable acidity during storage of the gold-autumn pear, the results show that: Compared A with CK,the rate of good fruits, Vc content, soluble solids content, titratable acid content were increased by 26. 7%,39. 7%,21.4%,19.9%, respiratory rate decreased by 25.0%, and preservation effect is the best; Compared E with CK, the rate of good fruits , Vc content, soluble solids content, titratable acid content were increased by 15.6% ,6.4%, 11.2%, 5.2%, respiration rate decreased by 12.0%, and preservation effect is the worst. B, C, D treatment effect is between A, E, in different processing weight lessness〈2. 0% .
