摘要
低温容器的挤压加注是一个复杂的动态过程。运用流动及传热学方程式,对一个圆柱形液氧储槽的加注过程进行了数值模拟与分析。计算域包括储槽内部,加注管路和侧满管路,通过程序仿真得到加注过程中加注流量、储罐内液体的充满率、储罐内的压力随加注时间的变化规律。算例表明,模型有一定的适用性,准确体现了加注压力对整个加注过程的影响。得到的计算数据为实际加注过程提供较可靠的依据。
Using the equations of the heat transfer, hydrodynamics and thermodynamics, the filling process of a cylindrical Lox tank was simulated. The regions include the filling pipe, the full pipe and the inner of the cryogenic tank was studied. The simulating results show the relations of filling ratio with time, filling mass rate with time and the ullage pressure with time. It is shown clearly by simulating results that the numerical model can describe the influence of the filling pressure on the filling process properly. The model is applicable in simulating the filling process and the numerical results are useful for engineering application.
