摘要
根据大口径榴弹炮复杂装药结构的特点,将膛内流域分为4个区:燃气区、管状药区、基本药包粒状药区与附加药包粒状药区,每个区分别推导质量、动量与能量守恒方程,建立了多相流内弹道理论模型。结合工程背景,数值预报了弹丸运动加速度变化规律,为弹丸设计提供理论指导。与部分试验结果比较表明,数值计算结果与试验结果一致性很好,预测结果是可靠的。数值预报给出内弹道循环过程详细结果,对于指导装药设计、身管设计都具有重要意义。
According to complex propellant charge construction in the large calibre ho witzer ,a flow region in a gun is divided into 4 regions:burning gases,stick propellants,grain propellants in main bag and grain propellants in additional bag.The conservation equations of mass,momentum and energy are derived in each region,and multi phase flow interior ballistic models are established.Against the engineering background,the projectile movement acceleration in a large calibre howitzer is predicted by numerical simulation,which offers the oretical guide for projectile design.The computed result is in good agreement with experimental results.Numerical prediction describes the interior ballistic circulation in detail,which is of significance in charge design and tube design.
