摘要
目的:研究心律失常与冠心病的相关性,为临床综合治疗提供参考。方法:将111例具有心肌缺血症状并伴相应心电图(或holter)表现疑诊"冠心病"的患者分为心律失常组和非心律失常组,比较两组冠脉造影结果阳性率。结果:心律失常组与非心律失常组冠脉造影结果阳性率比较无显著性差异。结论:心律失常与冠心病无必然关系,冠脉造影检查是目前诊断冠心病的金标准。
Objective： Researching on the relevancy of arrhythmia and coronary heart disease to provide meaningful reference to the synthetical clinical treatment. Method： Setting into two groups——arrhythmia and non- arrhythmia, among 111 patients who have myocardial ischemia accompanying by the relevant ECG showing coronary heart disease, and comparing the positive rates from the CAG results. Result ：There were no significant differences among the result. Conclusion ：There was no necessary relevance between arrhythmia and coronary heart disease, CAG is the ＂Golden Criteria＂ for diagnosis coronary heart disease .
