摘要
根据单模光纤耦合器的耦合比对耦合区长度变化敏感的特点,提出了一种耦合型光纤振动传感器,并设计了相应的解调系统对传感器的响应进行光电转换和信号处理。为了验证耦合型光纤振动传感器的性能,把一个动圈式振动传感器同时放置在试验台上,用橡皮锤敲击试验台,两个传感器的测量结果相吻合。实验证明,耦合型光纤振动传感器能够满足振动测量的要求。
According to the characteristic that the coupler's coupling ratio is sensitive to the length change, a new kind of coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor is presented. And the demodulation system for photoelectric conversion and signal processing was designed. The coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor was placed on the vibration test-bed with a moving-coil sensor in order to testify its character. Hitting the test-bed with a rubber hammer, the behaviors of the coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor are closely agreed with the response of the moving-coil sensor, The experimental results show that the coupling fiber-optic vibration sensor could meets the requirement of vibration measurement.
