摘要
对水稻超绿突变体的叶绿素含量及其光合特性进行了初步研究,结果表明,超绿突变体的叶绿素含量及其叶片的蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度都显著高于对照;超绿突变体的净光合速率也较高,但与对照差异不明显。叶绿素荧光动力学分析结果表明,超绿突变体的最大荧光产量(Fm)较大,以光能吸收为基础的光合性能指数(PI)也较高。
Preliminary study of chlorophyll content and photosynthesis characteristics on super-green mutant rice was carried out, and the results showed that chlorophyll content, transpiration rate (Evap), stomatal conductance (Gs) and the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) of super-green mutant were significantly higher than control. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of super-green mutant was high. There was no significant difference between super-green mutant and control. Chlorophyll fluorescence showed that Fm and PI of the super-green mutant were higher than control.
