摘要
采用铁质金属型和经微弧氧化处理的铝质金属型在相同浇注条件下铸出ZL101铸件,并通过涡流测厚仪、光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪分析了涂层的厚度、形貌和相组成。试验结果表明:经微弧氧化处理的铝质金属型具有较高的耐磨性能和耐热冲击性能,微弧氧化涂层同基体结合强度高;经微弧氧化涂层处理的铝质金属型比铁质金属型铸出的铸件组织更细,力学性能明显改善。铝质金属型表面微弧氧化的修复工艺简单,提高了金属型的使用寿命。
In this paper, the iron permanent mold and aluminum mold treated by micro-arc oxidation were used to prepare the ZL101 castings in the same condition, which were characterized by Eddy current thickness meter, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. The results indicate that the aluminum mold treated by micro-arc oxidation has a better wear resistance and thermo-shock resistance performance, and micro-arc oxidation coating has high bonding strength. Crystal grains of castings by aluminum mold are less than that of castings by iron permanent mold, and mechanical properties are obviously improved. The repair technology of aluminum mold surface is very simple, and the life of mold is prolonged.
