摘要
我国目前正步入风险社会。要构建和谐社会,就必须对风险进行治理。以江苏省为例,通过近几年来江苏省内相关数据的分析和对比,分析其存在的种种风险和危机,提出构建和谐社会应协调社会群体利益关系,建立风险分担机制,培养人民的风险意识以及建立完备的风险管理系统。
China is getting into a risk society. In order to construct a harmonious society, it is necessary to deal with risk. This paper, taking Jiangsu province for instance, analyzes the relevant data of Jiangsu province in recent years and points out the possible risk and crisis. Then, it holds that it is indispensable to coordinate benefit relationship among social groups. Also the risk-sharing mechanism should be established, risk consciousness should be trained and risk management system should be perfected.
