摘要
地面发生火灾时,土壤中的热力平衡被破坏,土壤和埋地输油管道温度将重新分布,当管壁温度过高时,管道功能有可能失效.分析非稳态热力过程,建立热力计算模型,运用有限差分法进行计算,探讨管径、土壤导热系数、管道埋深和油品温度等对传热的影响.结果表明:地面发生火灾时,土壤导热系数、管道埋深、埋地管道管径和油品温度对管壁温度有影响,其中以管道埋深的影响最为显著.
In the case of a ground surface fire, the thermal balance of soil around it is destroyed, the temperature of soil and pipeline is redistributed. The pipeline would be invalid when temperature is too high. In this paper, unstable heat transfer course is analyzed and thermal model is established, the finite difference theory is used for calculation. And the factors governing the heat transfer of buried pipelines are discussed. The results indicate that the fire-resistant capability of the underground pipeline will be greatly improved if the deepness that pipeline is buried is added.
