摘要
本文从平台的设计定位、平台的技术构架、平台的架构特点、平台的网络基础建设、平台资源整合优势等方面,介绍了湖南省这个独具特色的网络信息资源平台,并以系统3年来运用成效,阐述了湖南科技信息服务平台的特性及服务功能。
From the aspects of design positioning, technology architecture, structure features, network infrastructure and integration advantages of the science and technology information service platform in Hunan province, this paper introduced the unique network resources platform, and combining with the achievements it has made in the past 3years, discussed the characteristics and service functions.
