摘要
本文初步探讨了科技查新的内涵、意义、目的以及与教学科研的关系,同时对西部地区高校图书馆科技查新存在的问题及措施进行了探讨。
This paper discussed the connotation, significance and purpose of sci-tech novelty retrieval, as well as its relationship with teaching and scientific research. It also revealed the existing problem of sci-tech novelty retrieval of university library in western region, and put forward the countermeasures.
