摘要
                
                    目的以山羊胎盘为主要原料配制成胎盘复方制剂,研究其对小白鼠免疫功能与缺氧耐受力的影响。方法雌性小鼠40只随机等量分成羊胎盘复方制剂高(1 g/kg.体重)、中(0.5 g/kg.体重)、低(0.1 g/kg.体重)3个剂量组和1个对照组(生理盐水),灌胃30 d后测定各指标(免疫器官指数、耳重差、中毒与缺氧的存活时间)。结果免疫功能试验中,与对照组相比,高、低剂量组有显著差异(P<0.05),中剂量组有极显著水平(P<0.01)。小鼠脾脏指数与对照组相比,高、低剂量组能显著影响小鼠的脾脏指数(P<0.05)。迟发型变态反应试验中只有高剂量组耳重差与对照组耳重差相比差异极显著(P<0.01);在缺氧耐受力试验中,除中毒存活试验的中剂量组存活时间与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其它剂量组存活时间与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论羊胎盘复方制剂具有提高小鼠机体免疫功能和增强机体缺氧耐受力的作用。
                
                Purpose Effects of goat placental preparations(GPP), mainly made from goat placenta, on immune function and hypoxia tolerance in mice were investigated. Methods forty female mice were divided randomly into three groups according to the dosages given per day:0.1,0.5,1 g/kg· bw, and mice treated with saline water served as control. Index of immune organs, ear weight difference, survival time of the sodium nitite poisonous and acute cerebral anoxia were tested from 30th days after the onset of treatment. Results For imuune function, differences ( P 〈 0.05) in terms of thymus index between the high dosage group (3. 092 ± 0.407) and the control(2. 524 ± 0. 245), or between the low dosage group (2. 256 ± 0.431 ) and the control were found, whilst significant difference( P 〈 0.01 ) regarding thymus index between the middle dosage group (4.089 ±0.453)and the control was found. For index of spleen, it is higher( P 〈 0.05)in both the high (5.694 ± 1.156) and the low(5.318 ± 0.939) dosage group than that in the control group(4.048 ± 0.664). For delayed allergy concerning ear weight difference, significant difference was only found between the high dosage group and the control[ (2.72 ± 0.53) mg vs (1.83 ± 0.62)rag, P 〈 0.01 ]. Regarding the survival time after sodium nitite poisonous treatment, only the middle dose group (11.63 ± 1. 582)s has no difference from the control[(11.63 ± 1.582)s vs (10.41 ± 0.501)s, P 〉 0.051 ,and the rest of groups showed on obvious difference from eath other( P 〈 0.05) in terms of hypoxia tolerance. Conclusion GPP can increase the immune function and hypoxia tolerance in mice.
