摘要
印楝素是一种四环三萜类化合物,是最有潜力的植物源杀虫剂,它不易使害虫产生抗药性和不危害环境,被用于无公害蔬菜、水果、茶叶和烟草的病虫害防治。高效、低耗的萃取技术是印楝产业发展的根本和核心技术,决定着企业的经济效益,为了指导企业选择适当的技术,特归纳了微波法、超声波法、快速萃取法等5种萃取印楝素的技术,介绍了各技术的萃取机理和特点,指出了在生产应用中的关键问题并分析了应用前景。
As a group of compounds belongs to tetracylic triterpenois, azadirachtin is the most potent pesticide of plant source, which is hard for insects to produce resistance and harmless to the environments, it can be widely used in the production of pollution free vegetables, fruits, tea and tobacco for the protection of pests. High efficiency and low cost extraction of azadirachtin is the key technology for azadirachtin industry which is crucial for economic profit. For the guidance of enterprises to choose suitable technology in azardirachtin production, we herein concluded 5 methods and the mechanisms for azadirachtin extraction, the 5 methods are: microwave, ultrasonic and rapid extraction et.al.The critical issues as well as prospects of azadirachtin application is also proposed.
