摘要 利用有限元分析软件,对Ф100×125×12(mm)规格的油封在有、无弹簧两种状态下,安装过盈量(S)和油封腰部厚度(W)对油封Von Mises应力、油封与轴的最大接触压力和接触宽度及在接触宽度上接触压力分布情况的影响进行了分析,同时,在分别改变R值(密封圈唇口平面到弹簧槽中心平面的距离)和唇前角(α)等重要参数时,有、无弹簧的油封与轴之间最大接触压力的变化趋势,以及对接触宽度和在接触宽度上压力分布状态的响应进行了研究。结果表明,油封Von Mises应力、油封与轴的最大接触压力和接触宽度在有弹簧时均较无弹簧时的大,且随着过盈量S,腰部厚度W,R值和唇前角α等参数的变化,3者在有、无弹簧时均表现出不同的变化趋势。 A finite element software was utilized to analyze an oil seal whose size was Ф100 × 125 × 12(mm). In this paper, two finite element analyses were carried out under two situations, one with the garter spring and the other not, to study the influence of three important parameters on the maximum contact pressure and its distribution. The parameters were the difference in lip and shaft diameter(S)and the width of the waist(W). In addition,It was also analyzed that the results of experiments when the R(the distance from the lip surface to the surface of garter spring groove center)and the contact surface angle (α) were changed . The results showed that the Von Mises stress, the maximum contact pressure and its distribution in the situation with the garter spring were larger than that without garter spring. With the change of S, W, R and α, they showed different trends.
