摘要
为了加速CNG发动机电控系统的开发应用以及发动机的匹配标定工作,作者成功开发了车用CNG发动机监控系统。首先介绍了基于PC机的试验监控软件的特点、功能结构、通信协议以及交互界面的设计,然后从硬件结构和软件设计方面论述了便携式车载发动机监控仪的设计与实现。最后,将监控系统应用于CNG发动机台架试验中,试验结果表明,监控系统的设计功能丰富,工作稳定可靠。
In order to speed up the development and application of the electronic control system of CNG engine, ensure the calibration of electronic control system and matching the system with CNG engine, the monitoring system for CNG vehicle engines has been developed successfully. Firstly, the characteristic, the function structure, the communication protocol and alternating interface design of the experiment monitoring software based on the personal computer are introduced. Secondly, considering the hardware structure and soft- ware design, the design and reality of the portable monitoring system for vehicle engines are described. At last, the monitoring system is applied to the CNG engine experiment on test bench, the experiment results show that all the functions of the monitoring system have been achieved, the monitoring system operates effectively and reliably.
